Eunice helps organizations measure, reduce, and communicate their environmental footprint. Eunice strives to support businesses in their journey to develop meaningful ESG goals and embed sustainability into their culture. Eunice holds a MSc in Sustainability Management from American University and BA in Environmental Studies & French from Hamilton College.

SENIOR ESG CONSULTANT
Troy has extensive experience in quality, safety, regulatory compliance, social responsibility, and sustainability. He has led key initiatives in these areas throughout his career. Notably, at Specialized, Troy developed the sustainability function, at Outdoor Research, he managed compliance for a growing brand, and at REI, he led quality and social compliance teams while chairing the OIA Fair Labor Working Group.

With over 30 years of design experience, Ed is a seasoned professional who blends creativity, storytelling, and usability to create purposeful, engaging designs. He has worked with top agencies and brands like Starbucks, Microsoft, Filson, and T-Mobile, spanning diverse industries from Seattle to Dubai. Currently, Ed specializes in sustainability reports, combining his design expertise with his passion for the environment. Outside of work, he's an avid mountain climber, landscape photographer, and amateur voice-over artist.
