What is the Higg BRM?

The Higg BRM creates a standardized way for brands and retailers to understand their social/labor and environmental impact by providing a yearly in-depth assessment. This will allow for the identification of any places along the value chain where a brand or retailer can improve and reach their own sustainability goals, along with other standards and government initiatives.

What can I expect?

With up to 500 questions and over 300 pages of content guidance, completing the Higg BRM is a significant undertaking, assessing all environmental aspects of your business. Big box retailers like Zalando, are looking for BRM scores, but it can take a small internal team many hours of work.
