Amara’s Law is Minnesota’s PFAS reporting regulation, which requires manufacturers to disclose intentionally added PFAS in products made after July 1, 2023 that are introduced to the Minnesota market. The extensive reporting covers 11 product categories and must be submitted through the PRISM portal.
Manufacturers are still responsible even if supplier data is incomplete. Companies must maintain due diligence with suppliers, so don’t wait until the deadline to determine what’s missing from your supply chain.
